Bayless Men in Canada

Sorry so tardy getting this posted. Uncle Thomas led a fearless expedition of Bayless men, including Robert, Randy and Evan into the Canadian wilderness for 8 days and nights in late August. Our first cabin was 200 miles north of Nestor Falls, Ontario via bush plane. The cabin was great but the weather was fearsome - 50s, windy and rainy. Uncle Thom apparently witnessed snowflakes at one point. The fishing began tough but by the end of our fourth day we had boated some nice pike - 36, 40 and 53 inches, and more walleye than we could eat. We flew south to a second lake and milder weather where we caught smallmouth bass and one nice muskie. Our fish were so impressive that the Nestor Falls outfitters published our photos in their blog. Robert and Evan regaled us with guitar tunes most evenings, and there were lots of laughs around the euchre table. Doubtless there will be another one of these trips in the future, so stay tuned!
